ORDERS AND DELIVERY

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER?

If you don't have an account, you must first create an account by:
1. Click in the upper right corner to the Login menu, click registrationto register an account.
2. Fill in the form name, email, and password then click Register.

Then you can make a product purchase,
1. Please click on the product on the Shop menu or something else
2. Click the Cart button
3. Select unit, quantity and click ADD TO CART
4. Click the cart menu in the upper right corner
5. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to continue
6. Fill in Shipping details (if the data has not been completed in the account section), select Shipping Methods, Payment Methods, check the Terms and Conditions
7. Click PLACE ORDER

And proceed with completing the payment process.

CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Can't. If you wish to purchase a new item, you must place a new order.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ONLINE ORDER'S GONE THROUGH?

Once you have completed your order, an order number will appear on your screen and we will also send you a confirmation email. (If you can't find it, check your trash folder as it may be hidden there.) If you ordered and paid online, you can also go to your 'Your Account' and check your 'Recent orders'. Still not sure if your order is complete? Please contact via our contact..

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Start by checking your receipt or confirmation email, as these will tell you the delivery date and time. You can also head to ‘Your Account’ and check your ‘Recent Orders’ where you'll be able to see the delivery date as well as live updates on any progress.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER

Confirmation emails can take up to 2 hours after placing your order, so they may not arrive. Also, check your trash folder as something might be hiding there. You can also go to your Account and check your Recent Orders. If you still can't find it, contact us.
RETURNS AND PRODUCT SUPPORT

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS?

Please submit a product return via the Form Return on the user page.

You have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item via the return form in the application and send it back by courier to our address. With requirements: attach a product photo and product name.

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT?

We provide warranty if your item is damaged, start by checking our Product Support site to see if we can solve your problem.

WHAT IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

If you still need to return the defective item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or refund. After this time and while the product is still under warranty, we will arrange a repair using one of our specialist repair agents or if this is not possible, exchange or replace your item. The fastest way to return an item is through one of our stores.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
